Aegis of Bellevue, Bellevue’s Finest Senior Living Community

Aegis Living is answering the call to make senior communities better places to live by building a community in a prime location. Nestled in the heart of old Bellevue, Aegis of Bellevue will open in early 2010 at 148 102nd Avenue SE, in Bellevue, Washington.

The location of this community is ideal for seniors in helping them achieve a healthier lifestyle. The beauty of the nearby waterfront, proximity to the Bellevue Collection shopping district and downtown parks creates an opportunity in the area that is unparalleled. In addition, Aegis Living will roll out a new wellness program to make this community a unique experience for residents.

Aegis of Bellevue will be the 12th Aegis community in the Puget Sound region. Residents will have a variety of apartment styles to choose from including 68 assisted living and 18 Life’s Neighborhood TM apartments. It will feature unique common areas such as an exercise room with TechnoGym equipment, state-of-the-art theater and an on-site park with walking paths.

Incorporated into resident life will be the Living4Life program. This new program will include affiliations with the UW Medicine, Bastyr University, Dakim and TechnoGym. Living4Life is a wellness program that combines elements of mind, body, spirit and community to help maintain a long, healthy and active life for seniors. There are several categories in the program that will work together to create a balanced life for Aegis of Bellevue residents.

As of April 15, 2009 prospective residents and families can experience Aegis of Bellevue at the new leasing center located at 10150 Main Street in Bellevue. The Grand Opening for the Aegis of Bellevue Leasing Center will be held May 14th from 4:00-7:00pm.

It's a great move by Aegis Living, to give senior communities a much better place to live. The ideal locations would be with beautiful scenery and fresh air, friendly environment for them to enjoy their last years even if they were not living with their family. – Beta Alanine
